Resistance Served event days will be followed by a three-part Dinner Series meant to serve as a more intimate forum hosted by leading chefs, sommeliers, and beverage directors
Each Dinner Series featured chef and bartender occupies a variety of intersectional identities - chef, minority, historian, femme, beverage innovator, queer, educator, writer, community worker - identities that influence their work both inside and outside of the restaurant or bar.
Attendees will not only partake in some delicious food, but also have the opportunity to hear about the work each of these creatives is doing outside of their home kitchen & bars.
